Initial Consultation
- Having booked a treatment, I will send you a questionnaire, which asks for information about medical history, diet, lifestyle, and what you want to get out of reflexology in Northampton.
- I will also give you a quick call 48 hours before the treatment to confirm that you are COVID-free and haven’t got any symptoms.
- When you arrive at my studio, we will go through the questionnaire once more to double-check you haven’t missed anything and discuss the exact kind of treatment plan that suits you.
First Session
- Treatment starts with a relaxing massage of the feet and lower legs, giving you time to get settled, before starting an exploratory treatment. This helps me to understand where your points of tension are and where I will need to focus on for further treatments.
- We will then round off with another massage. You are given a few minutes to unwind and come round at the end, ahead of me telling you what I’ve found during treatment and how we will proceed in further sessions to ensure you get the best possible tailored service.

Aromatherapy Massage
I use the natural extract oils from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots, and other parts of a plant to enhance wellbeing in the mind and body. These essential oils travel through the bloodstream and promote holistic healing, along with stimulating pure relaxation.
Ear Candling
A form of healing through heat and smoke that calms the mind, soothes the head and ears and releases pent-up pressure. This can ease a number of annoying conditions like headaches, migraines, or sinus problems.
Manicure
A personalized beauty treatment that makes use of special tools, creams, and various massage techniques to keep your nails and hands in a healthy condition and leave them looking amazing.

My relaxing, secluded home studio in Northamptonshire is a wonderful place to unwind and let your daily stresses wash away.
